To Place an Order
To place an order you can use the order process on this web site, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This is on a secure server. If you need assistance or wish to place an order by phone, call us toll free at 1-866-333-4805. Usual hours are 9am to 6pm Central Time. You can call after hours to leave a message. You can also fax us at 1-985-641-8478.
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail and a 2nd e-mail, with tracking number, when your order is shipped. Orders are normally shipped the same or next business day. We ship Fedex, UPS and use USPS Priority Mail when the order is being shipped to a P.O. Box, Alaska or Hawaii. For Fedex Ground the cost is $9.95 for orders under $100. For orders over $100. Fedex Ground shipping is free. If your shipping to a P.O. Box, Alaska or Hawaii, choose Fedex Ground and we will ship USPS Priority Mail at the Fedex Ground rate. For Fedex 3 Day the charge is $19.95. For Fedex 2nd Day Air the charge is $29.95.
All orders are wrapped and shipped discreetly in unmarked packages (Fedex or plain boxes) with the name Saylone Enterprises.
Gift certificates can be purchase and can be used to buy anything on our website. If you're unsure of sizes or styles, these can be a wonderful gift! An e-mail will be sent to the recipient the next day with instuctions on how to redeem the gift certificate.
Orders outside the U.S.
At this time we do not ship outside of the U.S. with the exception of APO addresses. For APO addresses please choose Fedex Ground as your shipping method and we will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
In Stock and Ready for Delivery!
We endeavor to keep all the merchandise we sell in stock and ready for delivery. We fill most orders the same day or the next business day. In the unlikely event that an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone to let you know and give you the option of back ordering that item. We will do our best to fill your order in a timely manor. We know back orders are bad business! We want happy customers who will come back to shop with us again!
For those of you living in Louisiana we will be collecting taxes of 4%. For those of you living in St. Tammany Parish in Louisiana the rate will be 6.75%. And for those of you unfortunate enough to live in Slidell, Abita Springs, Covington, Madisonville, Pearl River, LA. the rate will be 8.75%. Mandeville, Folsom and Sun, LA. will have the rate of 9.25%.
Exchanges & Returns
We are confident you'll be delighted with the style and quality of our leather clothing. If for any reason you would like a refund or exchange, just return the items, within 30 days, using the same packaging and in the same condition as sent, for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Because of the intimate nature of these items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on panties, thongs or g-strings. Original tags must be attached and the invoice included with a note saying if you'd like a refund or exchange. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable. You can ship returns to us by any means but we suggest you insure the package for the cost of the merchandise. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Exchanged items will be shipped back to you free of charge, (one exchange shipment per order), via Fedex Ground unless other arrangements are made.
